Terms & Conditions

Definition:

a) “You”/ ’Client” means the Person/Persons In whose name or on whose behalf the booking is made.

b) “We”/ “Us”/ “Company” means Relish Tours & Travels Private Limited.

c) “Independent Contractors” means Hotelier/Hotel owner, Owner of any airlines or shipping company or Railway, Ferry boat Owner/Operator/Vehicle owner/Operator, or any other person or organization who has been selected by the company to render services to the client.

d) “Tour Cost” means the amount mentioned in the Total Tour Cost column in the booking form over leaf.

Brochure Accuracy:

All information given in this brochure is based on the information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any brochure information before or after your booking the tour due to any events beyond our control, Incase we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance, we will notify you at the time of booking, other wise our Tour Manger to Local representative will inform you of the changes. Major road works may necessitate route changes In the itineraries Indian restaurants may close or change management, all of these may cause us to make changes in the itineraries. Where we know of these sufficiently in advance we will notify you, otherwise our Tour Mangers or Local Representative will inform you of the changes on the spot. There are also very big fairs and exhibition, where all the hotels are fully booked well in advance, and therefore it may be necessary to stay in hotels In other cities.

Meals:

The menus are pre-set/fix menus provided for meals on the tour. The type of meals are clearly Indicated in the brochure. Unlike an airline, we cannot process a special meal nor do we guarantee a special diet to the client, except to the extent mentioned in the brochure and preferred by you. We however reserve to right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so. In the event that the client wakes up late and misses the breakfast offered to him or the client is out on his own and reaches late and misses any meal offered to him by the company, then no claim can be made for the meal which he has missed and not utilized. The exact number of meals being served on each tour is mentioned in “What your Tour Price includes”.

Hotels:

You will be out sightseeing most of the time and hence we have taken care to select hotels which are comfortable whilst keeping the cost down. Most of the rooms have private bath of shower. The hotels will either be those shown in the itinerary or of the same category. In Europe since the rooms are comparatively small, we would recommend only 3 persons in one room for your own comfort. Triple rooms are usually no larger than twin rooms and the third bed is often a rollaway cot put in a twin room for the night. In USA in a triple room, no extra bed or cost is provided. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and under all circumstances your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel. Any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay shall be payable by you, and the company will not be liable for the same.

Itinerary Changes:

We may often operate more than one vehicle per departure date for the Comfort and convenience of our passengers. We may sometime reverse the direction, or slightly amend the itinerary Including the Flight routing. We will advise you the amendments prior to the start of the tour. In the event that a client misses on any part of the sightseeing tour of any such tour to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim refund of the same.

Vehicle / Coaches:

We use air-conditioned/air-cool vehicles. We have found it fair to operate daily seat rotation on board our vehicle , so no seat numbers are allocated. If you are carrying any high value items in the vehicle, we advise you not to leave them behind when you leave the vehicle, we will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the vehicle.

Scope of Activity:

We are travel and holiday organisers only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, vehicle or vehicle company, hotel, transport or any other facility or service mentioned in the brochure. We take care in selecting all the ingredients in your holiday; but because we only select and Inspect them and have no control in running of them, we are not be responsible for any injury death, loss or damage, which is caused by the act or default of the management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, shipping company, vehicle owner/ vehicle operator who are the company’s independent contractor arising outside our normal selection and in section process.

General Payment Policy:

General Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellations are valid only when communicated in writing to Relish Travels consultant.

Please note: Though we have General cancellation policy as above, 100% cancellation is applicable at the time of cancellation for the services which are falling under non-refundable/non-cancellable/non-amendment rates. For more information please get in touch with our Travel sales consultant.

  • A transfer from one tour to another or a change of departure date before the departure will be treated as cancellation on one tour and booking on another and hence will attract the applicable cancellation charges.
  • In case of billing errors, Operator reserves the right to re‐invoice.

Other Terms :

  • There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit of INR 1,000/- & the remaining payment as mentioned in general payment policy. If payment is not received as per payment policy, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking with consequent loss of deposit and apply the cancellation charges as mentioned policy.
  • The company has the right to terminate this contract after acceptance of deposit but prior to the Commencement of Tour without assigning any reason & also company may terminates this contract, the company shall refund the amount paid by the client without payment of any interest.
  • The company has the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday, excursion, airline, flight routing or facility it has advertised or published or to substitute an Independent Contractor of similar class if it deemed advisable of necessary. In either case, the company shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense, or consequential loss suffered by the clients or for any compensation claims made.
  • The company will be not liable for following circumstances to the client : Any death personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses consequential loss and / or damage or any misadventure howsoever caused.
  • During quotation we do not hold any rooms, so during confirmation we may also give similar hotel.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Seasonality surcharge will be applicable on specific dates.
  • The Rate of Exchange (ROE) will be the prevailing rate on the final payment date.
  • Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees. All such increases in price must be paid before departure by the client.
  • Generally check-in time is 14.00 hours and Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability of rooms.
  • Refund on cancellation depends upon the concerned hotel’s/airline’s cancellation policy.
  • Hotel may ask security deposit at the time of check in, Deposit will be refunded post expense adjustments on checkout.
  • If you are deported or hold by security personnel at airport, Relish Travels cannot do favour at immigration/security process.
